Media Logic Radio Contest Rules

  1. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

  2. Employees of Media Logic LLC and their immediate families (including but not limited to mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, child, and any and all step, half and in-law derivatives of the aforementioned relationships) are ineligible to enter or win.

  3. Contest winners must wait (30) thirty days before becoming eligible to win another prize.

  4. Prizes are nontransferable, prizes may not be substituted, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, unless otherwise stated.

  5. For any prize valued in excess of $600, the winner agrees as a condition of participation to provide their taxpayer identification number prior to being awarded said prize. The winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with the grand prize package and will receive an I.R.S. form-1099 for tax reporting purposes.

  6. As a condition of participation, participants agree to be bound by the sole and final decision(s) of the contest judges(s) appointed by Media Logic LLC. All decisions are final.

  7. Prize winner(s) will forfeit all prizes found to be in violation of these specified rules. If the person selected as the winner is in violation of these rules, a subsequent drawing(s) will be held until a qualified winner is selected.

  8. After awarding of the prize(s), any and all questions and claims regarding prizes should be directed to the prize sponsor and not Media Logic LLC.

  9. All prizes must be claimed within 30 business days.

  10. By registering/entering, the winner(s) consents to the use of their name, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with contest.

  11. These rules are subject to change without notice.
